Symptoms
ACTUAL BEHAVIOR

MT700 cannot be transmitted from SWIFT due to empty lines
MT700 is handed off with empty lines in Field 45A & 46A due to which it cannot be transmitted from SWIFT.
EXPECTED BEHAVIOR

Expected empty lines to be handled properly for generated MT700
STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Create an LC contract.
2. Provide Goods Description and at the end of the line press enter so that 1 extra empty line will be available in Goods Description.
3. For 'BILL OF LAD' Document code under Documents tab press enter in ' clause details' description so that 1 extra line will be available in ' clause details'
4. save the LC.
5. In Message preview the fields 45A & 46A of MT700 are displayed properly.
6. Authorize the contract
