Symptoms
Sourcing Negotiation e-mails sent out and received by external Suppliers using Lotus Notes as their e-mail client have 'garbled' e-mail content that is barely legible.
Steps To Reproduce
1. Log in to the Sourcing URL.
2. Create a new Sourcing Negotiation, inviting Suppliers with valid e-mail addresses, then save and submit.
3. For the Suppliers using Lotus Notes as the e-mail client, when they receive the Sourcing Negotiation e-mail content, it will appear completely 'garbled'.
