Symptoms

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
Extract is returning the entire data even though the process is run with the Changes Only parameter as 'Y'. This is happening for the first time in the day and works as expected after that.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
When the extract process is run with the Changes Only parameter, entire data should not be returned but only changes data.
