 When attempting to submit the journal posting program the following error occurs:

 GL_PPOS0300: AFDICT_APP_PREFIX-GL-781509: Posting is unable to update or  connect to balances cube xxxCOAStructureInstance.

 STEPS
 -----------------------
 The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
  Submit Journal Posting.

 EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------------------
 Journal Posting program should complete successfully.
