Goal

For example:

1. Go to Person Gallery

2. Promote somebody

3. Log in as the line manager of the requester and try to delegate the task to anyone

Having done that, the task still remains in the requester worklist and he still can approve or reject it, the expected result would be to have the task only made available for approval to the delegated person. Is that expectation correct?
