Goal

There are two questions in achieving this:

1.  Requirement is to have users access each other requisitions. Purchase requisition screen display only the user's requisitions.
Is there a role or setup that we can use so the procurement team can view and action others requisitions?

2.  Is there a way other requestors to receipt each others requisitions as when goods arrive?
