Symptoms

Attempting to create a cross currency journal.
The primary ledger currency is British Pound (GBP).
The Secondary Ledger currency is US Dollar (USD).
The transaction currency is EUR.
When the Posting process is trying to create the journal in the secondary ledger the following error appears:
         Error - Unable to determine conversion rate to replicate journal
