System Error When Logging In To Federation SSO Enabled Fusion Application Environment (Doc ID 1632987.1)

After enabling Oracle Federation SSO, some users get following error when trying to login to Fusion Application:



Steps to Reproduce Issue:

1. Launch Fusion Application Homepage URL

2. Login as one of the problem user

You will get an error page with the error message as noted above.
