Goal

Qn1:For the moment it looks like all allocations can be generated only from the front end. We have tried do define a custom job in ESS
to enable allocation scheduling but it does not look like it is working. How do you schedule allocation from ESS?

Qn2:Want to be able to call the allocations from the ESS engine because we are expecting an external scheduler to call the allocations.
How do you make the allocation visible in ESS in order for an external scheduler to call the allocations rules?

Qn3: In Fusion all allocations journals have the journal category Allocation. There is a requirement to automatically reverse some allocation journals but not all.
Since the reversal rule is set at the Category level, is it possible to have different journal Categories by allocation rule/rule set?
Or alternatively is it possible to set different reversal rules by allocation rule/rule set?

Qn4: Currently the allocation journals generated are using the default exchange rate type configured at the ledger level.
Is it possible to set the Calculation Manager to use different exchange rate types by allocation rule/ allocation rule set?

Qn5: Need to create around 4000 allocation formulas.
In EBS R12 it was possible to create a number of allocations formulas in a spreadsheet template and then upload them to R12 using a tool called Dataloader.
Is a similar tool available in Fusion?
