ACTUAL BEHAVIOR

Incorrect balance displayed when comparing the detailed view and the balance table
Looking at the accrual balance against a plan for an employee. It shows a number of days in the accrual plan table. But in the balance details pop-up it shows a different number. Both are being viewed as of the same date.
EXPECTED BEHAVIOR

The detailed view and the balance table should display the same information
STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Go to Person Management / Absence Records for an employee
2. Check the number of days displayed in the Accrual Plan
3. Then check the details for the Accrual Plan Balance and see that the number of days available to the employee is different
