Goal

When running the Translate Balances Program in Fusion GL, the program fails unless a Balancing Segment value (BSV) is input into the parameter named Balancing Segment which is not marked as mandatory.
Does that mean that this parameter should be marked as mandatory to enable the successful completion of the program?
