Symptoms

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR

Related Links-> View performance document not working From work list -> Notifications and Approvals
The link is disabled.


EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
Expect to be able to click on the related link and not have it be grayed out.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Create Performance Document.
2. Complete Performance Document cycle
3. Submit Performance Document for approval.
4. Login as approver - and see the performance template link under "Related Links" - it is grayed out.

BUSINESS IMPACT
-----------------------
Due to this issue, approvers cannot see what they are approving or rejecting.
