Symptoms

On : 11.1.8.0.0 version, Set Up Compensation Management

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------

Setup an alternate approver for a compensation plan and submitted the worksheet as the worksheet manager.
Alternate Approver can see the Manager submitted Compensation Plan by using the proxy method, but cannot mark the Compensation Plan as approved and submit to the next level for final approval, since the tab for Approval does not exist in the Compensation Plan.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR

Approval Tab should appear in Compensation Plan when act as a proxy manager

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Update the  Quarterly Compensation Plan with Alternate Approvers Table and deploy the Compensation Plan
2. Manager submits the  Quarterly Compensation Plan 2014 Quarter 3 to the Alternate Approver
3. Quarterly Compensation Plan 2014 Quarter 3 Compensation Plan Submitted to the Alternate approver
4. Sign on as Alternate Approver, workflow message is generated to ‘Approval of  Quarterly Compensation Plan 2014 Quarter 3’
5. Open Workflow Message to Approve or Reject the Quarterly Compensation Plan 2014 Quarter 3 Worksheet for the Manager that submitted the Compensation Plan
6. Sign in as the Alternate Approver, proxy as manager and see the  Quarterly Compensation Plan 2014 Quarter 3
7. Cannot mark the Compensation Plan as approved and submit to the next level for final approval, since the tab for Approval does not exist in the Compensation Plan.
