Goal
When entering a work location or an employee's resident location address, a valid combination of City, County, State, Zip Code, and sometimes school district must exist in order for the employee to have the correct taxes withheld (or in some cases, not withheld). This validation is matched up against the existing Vertex geocode definitions. If the combination entered is not valid; where either a county or zip code is not recognized or the correct school district is not available in the list of values, it is important to research what is the correct combination. The solution below will outline the steps necessary to validate the addresses in question.
