Symptoms

On : 11.1.8.0.0 version, Set Up Workforce Development

When the HR User tries to search the employee in person management UI, the search result is showing no result.
 
Steps To Reproduce
1. Log in as s HR User.
1. Go to navigator>>person management
2. Enter the person name and search.
