Goal

Qn1:We are attempting to personalize/customize the Create Contact form on the Benefits Self Service page, but we cannot see the code, how can we achieve the following:


  Regionally Hide Context Flexfield on Create Contact Form via Benefits Self Service page
  Make DOB field required on Create Contact Form via Benefits Self Service page
  Make Marital Status field required on Create Contact Form via Benefits Self Service page
  Make SSN field (only for US) required on Create Contact Form via Benefits Self Service page
  Make Gender field required on Create Contact Form via Benefits Self Service
  Hide Help Text on Effective Start Date
 
Qn2:

 How can we edit the contact's DOB or marital status if it was keyed incorrectly? If it is required to delete and recreate the Contact are there any processes that should be re-ran afterwards? (we cannot see the fields we marked *required on the Edit contact screen.)
