Symptoms
When attempting to generate an allocation journal based on statistical currency, the allocation generation process ends in error.
ERROR

No journal lines were generated for this allocation rule or rule set, therefore the process has stopped. (GL-781945)
STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Create an allocation rule with “Allocate using basis” option.
The basis is a statistical journal which should create a distribution of the amount between 2 segment of the chart of account
The purpose is to allocate the balance of default segment business line and cost center using percentage.
2. Submit the allocation generation and see it ends with the reported error.
