Goal

Uploading Update Fixed Assets Configuration in Spreadsheet fails and the error in the log is:

Started Category Setup
java.text.ParseException: Unparseable date: "01-Jan-97"
at java.text.DateFormat.parse(DateFormat.java:337)
at oracle.apps.financials.assets.shared.RapidStartProcess.generateAssetCategory(RapidStartProcess.java:3196)
