Symptoms

User enable the State attribute to be used for Classification and / or Crediting Rules but the list of value (LOV) is empty.


STEPS
1. This is a seeded field that has already been configured to be used for classification and crediting.
    You need to enable the State field to be used for Classification and/or Crediting.
         Navigator > Setup and Maintenance > Task: Configure Tables and Columns
             Table = CN_TP_TRANSACTIONS_ALL
             Column = STATE
   
2. Add values for state in the rule's qualifying critiera
        Navigator > Compensation Plans > Manage Classification Rules
        OR
        Navigator > Participant Assignments > Manage Direct Credit Rules

   The list of value for STATE is empty.
