Issue
--------
Item A has Item B as a related item with reciprocal flag switched on. When item data is published through the Product Hub Publication job, Item B does not have Item A as a related item.

Steps to Duplicate
---------------------------
1)Create two items A and B
2)In Relationship tab of item A, select Related Items
3)Add item B as a related item with Reciprocal flag checked
4)Run Product Hub Publication Job for these items
5)Check XML output and see that Item B doesn't include related item information of item A.

Desired Outcome
-------------------------
If Item A has Item B on it as a related item with reciprocal checkbox selected, Item B publication data should also include item A as a related item without having to set it up specifically on item B
