Goal
User added two Requisition Line Descriptive Flex Fields (DFF) with a context of Noncatalog and customized the Edit Requisitions page, but
cannot determine how to show the context or both DFFs.
The expectation is these DFFs would only show and be required when users click on the smart form link and enter a Requisition that route.
If that is not possible, putting them at the Edit Requisition lines level will work as well.
