When defining Sourcing Rule, I am unable to select any "Transfer From" inventory organizations.

NOTE: Another scenario exists where some Inventory Organizations are displayed, newly created Inventory Organizations are not shown.

This Note describes how to Collect Fusion source reference data. The same process can be used to selectively collect other attributes, e.g. Shipping Methods

Oracle Fusion Global Order Promising uses data collected into a repository called the planning data repository. To populate the planning data repository, you schedule or run collections processes in one of the Supply Chain Planning work areas.

To run plans from the Planning Central work area, you must collect data into a planning data repository. Order promising and order management processes also use the planning data repository to run the respective processes.
