While Doing Second Level Approval on a Purchase Order Approver Gets Error: Current user does not have the ADD privilege on task attribute: ATTACHMENTS.

STEPS
----------------------
1. Create a PO which has 2 level manager approval.
2. Submit the PO for approval.
3. Log in with the first approver credentials & approve the PO.
4. Log in with the second level approver
5. Click on "Approve"
6. Notice the error on screen
