Contact Sorting Ranking Is Incorrectly Based On First Name (Doc ID 2107956.1)

Goal

We have enable alphabetical ranking on Contact (FSM > Manage Administrator Profile Values > ZCA_LM_CONTACT_SORT > Yes).

However, this alphabetical sorting is based on the First name of the contact. It should be based on the Last Name of course.
