PRC:PO: Post Approval FYI Notification Email is not Sent to the User

Information in this document applies to any platform.
After approving a Purchase Order (PO), users find the Post Approval FYI Notification email is not sent to the user as per the Approval Rule which is set up.
However notification is seen in BPM work list of the user.
The post FYI notifications is also not shown in the BELL ICON (count number).
Previously it was working fine and the user was getting mail notification post PO approval.
Due to this issue, users do not get the expected notification email on PO's
Steps To Reproduce
1. Post FYI rule setup and Task configuration setup.
- Using :Setup and Maintenance > Task Configuration
-- Select 'DocumentOpenFyi' task
-- Click on 'Assignees' Tab.
-- Select DocumentOpen.S... and click Advance table below the DocumentOpen.Submitter.
-- Check Enable Auto Assignment.
-- Commit the change.
2. Create and Submit Purchase Order.
3. Approve Purchase Order.
4. The post approval FYI notification email is not sent.
