Symptoms
When attempting to upload file using 'Upload Files' functionality in cloud environment, the following error occurs.
ERROR
-----------------------
A section is either missing or is not in the right sequence. Sections should appear in the order: ENCODING, Language, File, and Item. ENCODING is optional.
STEPS TO REPRODUCE
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced with the following steps:
1. Goto Fusion Application
2. Navigator->Procurement-> Purchasing-> Open the BPA->Action -> Edit Agreement-> ‘Upload Lines’
3. Try to upload file 'Text Template.txt'
