Goal
To enable supplier contacts to respond to the Supplier Qualification questionnaires, is license to Supplier Portal required?
Even though the responses can be entered by the "Internal Responder", need to know if the Supplier Contacts have to enter the responses, is it required to have Supplier Portal license.
If no, then how can the Suppliers respond to the questionnaire?
