Run Crediting and Rollup Completed Successfully but Transaction has Credit Error Status (Doc ID 2152928.1)

The Crediting job completed successfully but the transaction has Credit Error status.

1. Create transaction
2. Run Crediting  (Navigator -> Credits and Earnings -> Run Crediting and Rollup )
3. Review the transaction and see that it has Credit Error status and no direct credits were created.
