List of Values for Manage Time Device Event Mapping

When selecting the 'Manage Time Device Event Mapping' and selecting Actions> Create, the list of values for 'Device Supplier' and 'Supplier Device Event' list of values are null.

How to setup these list of values to setup the mapping from our time clock device?

If  the  two settings are skipped and select Actions>Create, I receive the error "Attribute TcdEventCd in TcdMappingsEO is required".

Per the Time and Labor Implementation Guide, page 96. The list of values are setup on the 'Manage Workforce Management Lookup' tasks in the Setup and Maintenance.

Add a value to the ORA_HWM_TCD_SUPPLIERS and the value appears in the Time Device Event Mapping.

Also add a value to the ORA_HWM_TCD_SUPPLIERS_EVENTS; however, the value does not appear in the Time Device Event Mapping.

How to add a value to appear in the 'Supplier Device Event' in the Manage Time Device Event Mapping?
