Charge Account not updated on Requisitions

After upgrading to R11, when editing a requisition, the charge account doesn't change according to the mapping setups for Mapping Sets Natural Account.

Charge Account should have updated based the Purchasing Mapping Sets.

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Edit an open incomplete requisition.
2. Edit the requisition line and change the category. Save changes.
3. Observe the Charge Account should update based the Purchasing Mapping Sets; instead, it remains the same.
