Symptoms
When defining an Asset Distribution Set with a Date Placed in Service (DPIS) range, the addition process allows assets to be added outside of the defined range.
For example:
Asset book CORP
Distribution set TEST
From DPIS 1/1/2007
To DPIS 2/28/2007
Additions process allowed asset to be added with DPIS 7/1/2007
