Cannot See Grade Ranges on the Manage Salary Screen.

Client trying to attach multiple grade rates to one salary basis. However, client not able to since the manage salary basis task only allows attachment of one grade rate.

Client referred to Doc ID 1473751, and found the fix to associate the Grade Rate Identifier to the Salary Basis.

However, client cannot locate the Grade Rate Identifier.
