Symptoms
On : 11.1.11.1.0 version, Utilize Assets-Maintain Asset Financial and Reporting Attributes
When attempting to create a new asset category through the Update Fixed Assets Configuration sheet, the following error occurs:

Category: Prorate Convention <prorate convention name> not found.
STEPS

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Download Update Fixed Assets Template
2. Enter in category information for the books
3. Upload Fixed Assets Configuration
