BI Publisher Word Plug In Log On fails with "unable to connect to remote server" (Doc ID 2211167.1)

Goal

 Start – BI Publisher – Enable or Disable
• Start – Word
o BI Publisher should show in menu bar
o Log In per below
-- Report Server = https://xxxxxx:443/xmlpserver
-- Receive Error while trying to access Report Server Location: Unable to connect to the remote server.

Some implementation partner can access using the same credentials from a non-company computer.

Analysis by firewall team confirmed that when you click ‘login’ it is blocked by Organization firewall/web filter.
