When trying to Put-away a receipt the following error occurs:

ERROR

The transaction quantity 40 must be less than or equal to the available quantity 0. (RCV - 2445200)

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced with the following steps:
1. Create a purchase order for quantity 40, uom = a
2. Create receipt in another uom, b (40 a = 1200b)
3. Try to create Put-away
