Account Level Notes Cannot be Searched in Manage Customers UI (Doc ID 2215484.1)

Symptoms

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
The notes created at the Account level and Party Level do not appear in the search results.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
The notes should appear in the search results.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
Navigation: Receivables -> Billing -> Manage Customers
1. Search for a Customer
2. In the Search results, there is a red icon at the top right corner of Organization Name and Account Number
3. Click on either of the red dots and select Notes
4. Create a new Note and Save
5. The note entered is listed in the results once the note is saved.
6. Click on Search button to verify any other notes created, None of the notes are shown in the search results.

BUSINESS IMPACT

The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users cannot view the notes already created at the Party level or Account level.
