Symptoms
ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
Tax is calculating on Purchase Orders
User has only defined Configuration Owner Tax Options (COTO) for Standard Invoices in Payables, yet Taxes are calculating for Purchase Orders as well.
EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
Tax should not be calculated
STEPS TO REPRODUCE
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Create a purchase order
2. Verified that tax is getting calculated even though no COTO has been defined by Purchasing
