Unable To Update A Contract In Status Under Amendment Using Import To Create Line (Doc ID 2218550.1)

Symptoms

While Updating an existing contract to add additional lines using FBDI which is in Status UNDER_AMENDMENT getting errors

Scenario is as below:
 - the contract was loaded in ACTIVE status using FBDI approach.
 - So amend the contract from the UI and contract's status becomes UNDER_AMENDMENT.
 - Now when trying to add more lines/projects/billingControls to this contract using FBDI.

Now when tried to update this contract using FBDI it fails

ERROR

The value of the attribute Status Code is not valid.
The line status is not compatible with the status of the parent line or the contract. (OKC-196094)

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Update a contract via import file
