Journals Upload Error By Spreadsheet

Information in this document applies to any platform.
Goal
Upload Journals by Spreadsheet, the status normally must show "Successfully insert into data" which means it successfully uploaded to Journals.
The status shows Warning, however the upload was failed.
After checking the Scheduled Processes shows an Warning and Error status without any other information or error reports to user.
User reports that manually key in the data is still working though.
