Symptoms
On : 11.1.11.1.0 version, Self Service Procurement BI Analytics
When attempting to generate a PDF document for a Purchase Order by clicking on 'View PDF' below error is thrown and PDF is not generated. Even when we tried with seeded template it gave the same error

Client received SOAP Fault from server : PublicReportService::generateReport for reportAbsolutePath [Procurement/Purchasing/PurchaseOrderReport.xdo] failed: due to oracle.xdo.XDOException: java.lang.reflect.InvocationTargetException
STEPS

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. inquire on PO
2. select view PDF
3. observer error
