Analyst Can Not See the Dispute Notification for Information Requested Status in BPM Worklist (Doc ID 2243391.1)

Symptoms

Analyst has many disputes in her queue which she has sent back to the participant requesting for more information.

When the analyst is in the BPM Worklist, she can not find any of these pending notification.

Example:
Title = Dispute Notification: Move Budget AND Credit
Number = 209902
Creator = Michael M.
Assigned Date = 3/6/2017 14:48
Priority = 3

STEPS
1. Participant create a dispute and notification is sent to the analyst
2. Analyst review the notification and change the status to be Information Requested
3. The participant received this notification requesting for more information but has not responded to it yet.
4. Analyst search the BPM Worklist and could not find this dispute notification to follow-up on later.
