Symptoms

Production Original Enrollment date is replaced with latest coverage start date

When an employee enrolls into the plan Original coverage (Enrollment) date is replaced with the new life event coverage date

For example:
An employee is enrolled in the medical plan as of 3/1/2017, if an life event happens on 3/20 and new enrollment becomes effective on 4/1, oracle is replacing original enrollment date same as new coverage start date. I'll upload screenshot


STEPS

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Enroll in medical for employee
2. Create life event for employee which changes the coverage effective date of Employee, with same plans
3. Original enrollment date changes
