Symptoms

On : 11.12.1.0.0 version,
When attempting to load HCM Spreadsheet Data  Loader
the following error occurs.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
•Home page > Navigator/My Workforce/Data exchange
•HCM Spreadsheet Data Loader/Initiate Spreadsheet Load
•Select ’Create Worker’ and open the spreadsheet
•Connect to the database
•Fill in the spreadsheet with values (see attached document --> Account: MNO-4046-4001-REMIO01-6145355505-0000-0000)
•Upload: Batch
BUSINESS IMPACT

Due to this issue, users cannot upload the spreadsheet
