Action and Action Reason list not available in all plans
The Action and Action Reason dropdown menus suddenly became blank in my WFC Plan Details area, so I cannot run my WFC Plan. See screen shots.
EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
User should be able to modify/update the Comp Plan details
STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Compensation
2. Manage Plans
3. Open Plan
4. Configure Plan Details
5. Action and Action Reason drop down is not available
