Fusion US Payroll: Absence Elements Are Being Exempted for All Tax Calculation During Payroll Calculation (Doc ID 2287688.1)

Symptoms

The payroll calculation is putting the employees Absence payments into an exempt tax bucket that is under withholding taxes for the employees and over paying them.

This happens for all taxes: FIT, SIT, etc.

Sick pay is $271.03 and personal time is $271.03, FIT exempt is $542.06.

At is also under withheld because absence elements are not taxed.

Expect that absence elements are taxed as other earnings.
