How to create JERS for Offset accounting class, Miscellaneous Transactions event class, when Secondary COA is different from Primary COA (Doc ID 2296991.1)

Symptoms

Create accounting error. event class miscellaneous transaction (All event types), accounting class Offset. 

Applies in cases where Secondary ledger COA is different from Primary Ledger COA. 

Secondary ledger accounting does not work. 

No impact on Primary ledger accounting.


Create Accounting Execution Report shows the error:

The GL code combination ID XXXX does not exist.
Cause: The code combination ID {CODE_COMBINATION_ID} does not exist or is not assigned to the chart of accounts of the ledger.
Action: Review the accounting definitions and the extract source values for the event and make sure the GL account provided in the source is valid for the ledger.
