Symptoms
ACTUAL BEHAVIOR

Purchase Orders are not auto created from Punchout Requisitions.
EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
We need to have Purchase Orders automatically created from Punchout Requisitions after Requisition has been approved .
STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Punchout to supplier Catalog and add item to the cart.
2. Complete requisition. Submit it for approval.
3. Upon approval, purchase orders are not created.
