Is it possible to create credit cards automatically in manage Credit cards task

We are having create credit card information (Master Card) for employees to be loaded in manage credit card task. Since data is huge, is it possible to create MasterCard credit card information automatically in R12 using employee matching rule or other way instead of manual entry.
