Unable To Add Custom Number Attributes ATTRIBUTE_NUMBER2 At The Plan Level in Expression

Symptoms
Enable descriptive flexfield ATTRIBUTE_NUMBER1 for compensation plans to be used in expression but the list of value is empty.
STEPS
1. Setup the descriptive flexfield on CN_SRP_COMP_PLANS_ALL
Navigator > Setup and Maintenance > Task: Manage Incentive Compensation Descriptive Flexfields
Flexfield Code = CN_COMP_PLANS_DFF
2. In Configure Tables and Columns, set the User Name
Navigator > Setup and Maintenance > Task: Configure Tables and Columns
Table : CN_SRP_COMP_PLANS_ALL
Column : ATTRIBUTE_NUMBER1 , User Name = Variable Volume
Note: Expression Grouping is not available for Level1 and level2 is empty
3. In Expression UI, the list of value under Plan only have "Target Incentive" so can not select these columns for expression.
Navigator > Compensation Plans > Create Expression > Attributes > Plan
