Identity Browser:
Insufficient Access. Please contact application administrator.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Go to Setup and Maintenance - go to Manage Task Configuration for Supply Chain Management task
2. Click on "ChangeOrderApprovalTask" and go to Assignees
3. Try to add a reviewer.

BUSINESS IMPACT
-----------------------
The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users cannot add reviewers.
